Arada has awarded a AED2.18 billion ($593.6 million) construction contract to Dubai-based United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC) for the development of Madar Mall, the flagship retail and entertainment destination within the Aljada megaproject in Sharjah.

Covering a built-up area of 3.9 million square feet, Madar Mall will serve as the centrepiece of Madar, Aljada’s family entertainment district. Positioned as the anchor attraction, the mall is set to transform Sharjah’s retail and leisure landscape, offering a world-class mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences.
